Jetering Experience offers you a great and personal service. In each catering order we will deliver completely for free 1.5 litres of boiled water, 1.5 litres of fresh filtered coffee and 2 kg of ice cubes.

You can pay your purchase by credit card (with payment terminal machine after the delivery), bank transaction or cash.

Yes, we will charge an extra cost at night service considered between 22:00 pm until 06:00 am local time.

Yes. The “lead time” indicated for every catering is the minimum time required from order placement until delivery to provide the full selection of dishes. Orders required in less than 6 hours will have an additional cost.

You can cancel the order for free if it is in a reasonable time space. We consider a reasonable time space 12 hours before the delivery. All caterings which are cancelled until 6 hours before delivery time we have to charge what has been prepared.

Yes, in each order it´s mandatory to add an airport tax which depends of A/C weight and destiny, also a transportation fee will be charged.

Every crew member will have a different meal. Eggs, fish and seafood will not be served on these menus (except if it is specially required).
